Stop agonizing about Mastodon v. #Bluesky and consider the long game.
I've been a #Linux user since 1996 and I remember all the hand-wringing about Linux vs. Windows. In the end it didn't matter as Linux did achieve "Total World Domination."
Over time, what is Bluesky going to do? It's going to get worse. It will enshitify because its purpose is to make some obscenely rich people richer. Mastodon will get better over time (like Linux) because its purpose is to serve its users.
