Why is it I feel guilty using stitch markers? Some deep-seated belief in my own inadequacy, or...?

First resisted them: "I can do it without them!" Many froggings later, with a sense of defeat and fear (why?), I put one for each chart repeat.

There are 2 charts, actually. Many more froggings later, put different color marker to see.

Knitting teaches us stuff. Like, it's ok to get help, even from a rubber ring.
