I'll never forget 2015 little 18 year old me walking to sit down in some stupid mandatory gender studies elective and the professor opening up sign "transgender black men are the most oppressed people in society" and I just blinked like... "What the fuck is happening" 😱 and luckily this army guy say beside me and we were able to give each other looks the entire semester when things were ridiculous.
