If we are going to have peace we are all going to have to acknowledge that every single one of us has been through a series of traumatic events and we are probably not ok.
The world has changed under our feet so many times in the last couple decades that just standing up again is an act of bravery and stubborn defiance.
Then once we can quit ignoring it, we have to deal with the trauma, and then keep going anyway.
