Following up, I've found a way to do it using the API.
First, get your account id. Eq, for me: https://mastodon.social/api/v2/search?q=@downes&type=accounts
Second, perform a search for statuses containing the hashtag (you have to escape the # as %23), eg for me: https://mastodon.social/api/v2/search?q=%23silentsunday&account_id=17095&type=statuses
You'll get results in JSON, which you may want to render in a nicer format.
