I think #communikeys are a good fit as a nostr starter pack. They offer:
- A relay list a new user can copy as a starting point
- A set of content types they are about and feeds for them
- A set of apps they recommend
- Optionally blossom servers that can be used for file uploads
- Optionally a mint that can be used to set up a NIP-60 wallet
- A Web of Trust with the communikeys' relations and follows (can be p or t) that can bootstrap your follow list
- Targeted publications that foster discovery of content *and* adjacent #communikeys
