I met with an occupational therapist today for long-standing tendinitis and "tennis elbow" & "golfers elbow" for both of my arms. She mentioned PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) as something that could possibly help. This is a new concept for me; does anyone have any thoughts or anecdotes they can share? It seems to be a newer technique not (yet) covered by insurance in the USA.
