Well what do you know?
In #financialservcies #class is a greater impediment to career progression than #ethnicity or #gender, but it does of course compound both those prejudices too... not least of all due to 'affinity bias' where boses promote those who are like themselves.
In recent years, class has often been left off diversity agendas in favour of questions of #race & gender, but if we are seeking better diversity in finical services (or anywhere else) class prejudice needs to be tackled
