I don't like democracy, especially not at the nation state level, however, since it's not going anywhere fast, I wonder...\n\nIt used to be a prerequisit that to vote you had to own land. The idea was that you had a stake in the way things turned out, so you had a say.\n\nWhat about, instead, you only get to vote if you have kids? You've got a solid stake in the future. \n\nDon't shoot me down here, please. Like I said, I don't approve of democracy, so I'd never advocate for this.
