For the last 25 years I have made a few trips each summer to the campground at the mouth.
We would walk up 3-4 miles to fish for steelhead.
The rail/trail is used by mountain bikers to go farther.
Always fun to see the raft campers coming to the end of their adventures down river.
Many adventures up river too over the years including the headwaters area
