that is an excellent point!
IMO: Good ethical decision making -by definition- has to prioritize compassion, and empathy and it has to include deep emotional understandings of all of the issues at stake.
So any and all decision making that reaches conclusions without deeply prioritizing empathy, compassion, and or the full inclusion of emotional understanding of the issues at stake is -only- decision making and really can't be called ethical.
