⭐️Private equity(PE) firms routinely strip hospitals’ assets. Nationwide, in the 2 yrs post a PE takeover, hospitals lost nearly 1/4 of their real estate(~a $28 million loss/hospital). And, post takeovers, patients have experienced more falls & more sepsis.
