#WritersCoffeeClub 19. Does weather play an essential role in your writing? In what way?
The WIP takes place in a pre-industrial world, so largely governed by the rhythms of planting and harvest for most people who don't want to risk famine.
Beyond that, it is not impossible to travel in the snowy months, but snow and ice make journeys that are already slow and uncomfortable even slower and less comfortable, affecting both trade and war, as well as the flow of information.
