Is there even a theoretically plausible way to serve content (like SciHub) without being able to track it back to the host? Please, no solutions suggesting anything web3/crypto, nor solutions that require someone else voluntarily hosting your content for free (that's how IPFS works, right?. Although I guess of something popular like SciHub, that kind of mirroring might actually work…)
