Thanks Excel, I just made a nice comprehensive table, but apparently I can't sort my rows if they contain merged cells of different sizes. I don't see the technical reason that prevents this, but sure...
I do see a reason in certain cases, but none in my specific case. Seems the programmers just didn't code the sorting feature to be flexible enough
