i used to think that nostr had nothing to do with bitcoin.
turns out, they overlap in a couple areas:
- nostr uses sep256k1: bitcoin’s elliptic curve cryptography
- nostr uses OpenTimeStamps, which relies on bitcoin’s block headers (NIP-03)
any others i’m missing?
