yeah, i have uncovered that regardless of being public readable, the subscription code was refusing to send if auth is simply enabled (subscription is read side) so i'm adding logic to it to allow reading of non-privileged if it's public readable (which is nip-11 not auth-required)

second thing i'm seeing is #jumble does not retry the send after it gets auth required, and doesn't auth, first time, but does, second time cody (npub1syj…f6wl) meaning i have to send one event first that doesn't get stored and then the second one does (stored and relayed)
