That is exactly right. I have just found my experience with đ nostr đ interesting. đ Feeling the pull to check for a đ notification. đ It's đ a long way from addiction but I can đŻ see how the pattern could emerge and have been thinking quite đ a bit about đ it. đ¤ Asking myself how is đ the đ best way to intergrate this đ tool productively and mindfully into my đ life? How đ can đ I đ¤ use it it a way that adds maximally and detracts minimally? The same questions we should đŻ be đ asking ourselves with anything. And đ to đĽ answer your PS đ I am personally very good but I đ¤ do worry đĽ about the state đ of đĽ my country. It certainly feels that đ we are đ globally on the cusp đ of đ or in the midst of đŻ a great transition. đ I am hoeful that on the đĽ other side of this turmoil đ¤ will be a better world.
