Wooop! Another wee milestone on my journey as a runner, with a jog/stumble/power walk to the Saddle from Glen Rosa. This is a 14km round trip, so either a fairly long walk, or a reasonably long run. It's beautiful up there, and for years, I've been jealous of my friends who run, as they seem to just nip up there whenever the mood takes them. I can't say I was really nipping about anywhere today, but I did move faster than a normal walk, and it was worth the effort.
