I also disliked that they talked about Trump even though I personally hate him.
2 reasons.
I felt like making it clear they were anti Trump means it will be immediately dated once he is gone. The threat won't be though.
I can't give it to a Trump supporter because they will just say "they just hate Trump" A book that left him out they have a much better chance of finishing.
