We've been led to believe that we are less than perfect. That we're unworthy of love & happiness unless we do X or achieve Y.
I've found that my own judgement prevented me from loving myself & others fully. Try to be a little more compassionate with yourself. Earth is a tough school that few souls are brave enough to experience.
Know that you're worthy of love & of existing. If you weren't, you wouldn't exist.
We all have our heavy days. These are the days when I generally don't say a lot.
