Got a mystery for y’all. My mother-in-law has been having issues with her carrier where she has not been able to accept calls of late. It seems to be a cell tower issue.
Calls were working tonight when I checked it … but the part that is blowing my mind is her data usage, according to iOS.—16 gigs of cellular data and 5 gigs of personal hotspot data in the past month. Yet she doesn’t tether … ever.
The mobile provider website says she’s only used a gig.
Any idea why this might be happening?
