Most customers in the technology field need a lot of hand holding and don't know what they actually want. Human contacts are incredibly important to help them understand the possibilities and limitations of web tech and to help interpret and incorporate their requests into an actual product. It'll be interesting to see if any of these new features are actually useful to customers.
