as someone who grew up in northern Minnesota where almost every household has a traditional Sauna (correctly pronounced Sownah) I can attest that I get a much deeper and more satisfying sweat from Infrared. I do still love the traditional style, for its atmosphere and communal aspects. But as it relates with my overall health regimen Infrared is the way to go for me.
