It's really painful to read the Mozilla folks falling back on their technical justification of a fundamentally human problem.
They seem -- collectively -- incapable or unwilling to understand that people don't browse the web to give advertisers information.
It doesn't matter how good your math is. Consent still matters.
If you sell yourself as a privacy and user empowerment org and then sell people out, your technology is irrelevant. You have failed on a human level.
