My same thought as well. There's infinity opportunity to start the first community for any topic.
But how would it work? Is there a way to easily decide to send some messages to this relay and other message to different relays? That was one of the features I liked about Google+ (RIP). You could set up circles of contacts and share different messages to different circles so your mom didn't see your shit posts and your barely acquaintances wouldn't see personal posts.
