Initial migration of an early December Substack export went mostly OK (some "security" problem with one of the subscriber imports that I'll debug next week).
Need to customize the theme a bit, disconnect the Substack domain wiring, and hrbrmstr's Daily Drop should be good-to-go 2024-01-01.
