Meanwhile ESS told clients "welcome to your new 3 year contract, pray we don't adjust it further" until government interest got them to back down in some instances - original reasoning apparently being "we can do this because where else can they go?"
I wouldn't be saddened to hear that they were both running underlicensed Oracle software.
