Haelwenn /элвэн/ :triskell: (nprofile…m3qg) paypal once locked my account without warning, still had €80 on it. and when they finally unlocked it, i was unable to get the money to my own bank account, so i just donated it all to some project so its at least put to good use. stripe at least notified me beforehand. problem is that i fear that whatever such service will always have such problems. for eu it would be nice if you could say "pay to this sepa account", but maybe there's a fiscal/legal reason why they don't do that and use a payment processor inbetween, idk.
