I already asked someone if they can show me how they hack on Shell, hopefuly I'll leave the conference with a merged flashlight button in the quick settings. I also have some UI toolkit issues I'd like to fix, ideally before or during GUADEC. And I've heard there's plans for some phone install party by GNOME OS devs. 😁
So no big plans AFAIK, but I expect a melting pot of ideas and synergy.
