If this person is harassing you by constantly sending you messages that are meant to annoy, then it's probably covered under rules disallowing harassment.
I would think that you can still open a report and those posts that were sent to you would still be available for inclusion in the report.
Are you saying that once this user blocks you, you can no longer see his past messages that were sent to you?
