"content": "I’m definitely still learning but this is one I’ve liked doing a lot (see link) but at the bottom of each lunge I shoulder press it. If you do them at a decent clip, it’s a really nice shoulder workout and more cardio engaging way to do lunges. \n\nhttps://youtube.com/shorts/WnVdrkbHVdI?si=g7tFREC1Zdsp2wid\n\nI’d really like to get more into the actual mace flows but that’ll come with time and it getting warmer so I can do them outside.
