Here's the thing I can't get my head around, I almost never reply to folk on social media unless they're a mutual or they replied to me first.. Maybe also if they explicitly asked for information and I have it..?

I _kind of_ get replying to dunk on someone powerful, but replying to ordinary punters you don't know *to disagree, be critical, or patronising* is.. Where the fuck are folk learning this is appropriate
