Evening, Toots! This arvo I had Skype appointment with my brilliant Mental Health Nurse, yet another caring, kind, competent woman I am very lucky to have looking after me. then off to have the blood test Tropical Cyclone Alfred delayed - but guess who forgot that this was a blood AND urine test this time, and had a “tactical wee” (the wee you have before leaving the house, if you’re not a Bluey fan, and don’t know the term) before they got in the car?! 🙄 And nope, can’t do the tests unless both specimens are taken on the same day, so going back tomorrow. Maybe the tests will help solve some issues…like why my hair is falling out, and my sodium levels, etc are so out of whack. Arrgh! I think I’m going to get my hair cut short again, I’m so sick of it dropping everywhere.
Then off to Mental Health Place, where I skipped the first hour of Journaling to have chat with a friend, and then jumped in for the second half, which was brilliant. 😊
