My partner's new job has "3 weeks of PTO per year" but what they don't tell you is that first you have to work at the company for 3 months, then they will start you at 0 days of PTO and slowly give you one day per month, maxing out at 15 days. So if you're patient enough to wait for just a mere 1.5 years from your start date you'll have your 3 weeks in no time!
