Should cost be irrelevant, i'd do redundent diy silicon that would act as a ipmi / Intel AMT / pikvm thing.
Should comms not fail, which I assume since you're making a datacenter you have nailed down already, you can get pretty far with that alone in terms of maintenance.
Dust in space is a non-issue, or wait.. uhh yea.. it has to be sealed off.
Excluding hw failure, there isn't much to any maintenance needed.
But considering the limitless budget, it's be possible to have a controllable robot arm on a rail going around the servers. That should be good enough for most failure management maintenance.
(Note: Remember to ship a fire extinguisher. Or many.)
So no frail hummy, just a sus hando.
