I haven’t even gotten past the BIP39 seed phrase starting with letter “A” and I can find viable seed phrases in the DoJ’s objection to Tornado Cash’s dismissal (link: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.604938/gov.uscourts.nysd.604938.53.0.pdf)
So by their own definition, they’ve done money transmitting. I mean the boogeyman himself *could* use that data to launder funds couldn’t they??
How do they sleep at night?!?
Maybe an ambitious prosecutor will indict these prosecutors as well?
