Cool. I didn’t get my hands on StartOS yet. I ran Umbrel a few years ago and what they had was a private relay that could only collect your notes, received zaps, replies and impressions - like a storage of all things related to your Nostr activity simply for backup purposes - only for you to see.
What you’re referring to sounds like an “Outbox” relay (don’t mean to be a smartass, just sharing my thoughts 😅).
