Sources told CNN that the Houthis “took a shot” at the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) earlier today, despite the ongoing Omani-brokered ceasefire agreement intended to halt hostilities between the U.S. and Houthi forces. The nature of the attempted strike remains unclear, and there is no indication it was connected to the earlier loss of an F/A-18F “Super Hornet,” which crashed into the sea following an arresting gear failure.
