I noticed this on my iPhone 15 Pro Max the other day. Had to enter my passcode in the morning and got the Shortcuts “you have X automations running” notification, a sure sign of a reboot.
To be fair, this has been happening every once in a while on my iPad Pro and iPad mini over the past year with iPadOS 16 as well. https://www.macrumors.com/2023/10/11/iphone-models-turning-off-at-night/
