The Liquid Network has undergone a transformative rebrand, featuring a new sleek logo and user-friendly website (liquid.net) to better represent its elevated role within Bitcoin's layer-2 ecosystem. 🧵👇
Liquid's new logo is a nod to the popular wave emoji that’s long been used by the online Bitcoin community. It perfectly captures its growing role in Bitcoin finance and seamless interoperability.
Thank you for the inspiration! 🌊 🙏
The revamped website doesn’t just refresh Liquid's visual identity but highlights its versatility as both an independent solution and a companion to its sister protocol, Lightning, with references and resources to projects like Boltz, PeerSwap, Lightning on Liquid, and more.
To best illustrate this, we've organized the website into four portals: developers, enterprises, users, and merchants. These portals serve to streamline the onboarding experience and tailor resources to each user group's unique needs.
Developers, for instance, will find technical documentation and SDKs that simplify building on Liquid. Meanwhile, merchants and enterprises can explore how Liquid improves cross-border payments and enables the issuance of tokenized assets confidentially and securely.
On the user side, we share how Liquid delivers an optimal way to stack sats and manage Lightning channels in high-fee environments, as well as detail how users can access Bitcoin-denominated financial products and self-custody them offline in a Jade hardware wallet.
We've also added interactive features to simplify concepts and data sets, including a new dashboard tracking key metrics like LBTC circulation, transaction volume, and TVL, along with visual models of the federation in action.
This rebrand is just the beginning! We're setting the stage for broader adoption and innovation, making Liquid and other L2s more accessible to businesses and users alike to drive hyperbitcoinization.
