The only time, I ever think the crypto market is manipulated is when no limit orders fire over a period of weeks. Almost as if all the coins aren't moving enough in relation to Bitcoin.
Too busy working on the trading application to think about re-balancing portfolios etc.
Have not dug into the data enough.
