According to info online, they say NE-cottontail habitats are thickets or the edges of young forests. And I wonder if the researchers are too quick to dismiss the possibility of unlikely places, like urban yards/parks. I’ve read that it needs genetic testing to confirm if it’s a NE-cottontail.😀💓🐰
