Do they just... send you an email about the meeting, like cave people? Or do they say "We meet on the third Wednesday of every month" and expect you to fill in your own calendar. Are these meetings IRL or virtual? I think it's definitely reasonable to ask for one. I'm also, in my own work life, someone who uses one "brand" of calendar and my boss uses another so I find it challenging to manage (and our chosen telepresence tool isn't supported by our calendar).
