💡 Incorporate some kind of **Proof-of-Work** when registering a new key pair?
Maybe it can solve the spam problem of the global channel. After all, the #PoW mechanism itself was not directly invented for blockchain consensus, but for detering DoS attacks and filtering spam exactly.
