Amazing! The Wim Hof Method definitely took me down the breathing rabbit hole. Also led me to reading books like Breath by James Nestor and The Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown. Functional, proper breathing has benefitted my life greatly but it all started with practicing the Wim Hof Method 🫁
