Wow I haven't heard that! That is so neat. I've heard of a belief where it's about mentally affecting your child. Like if a mother goes through something traumatic during pregnancy, that pain can be passed to the baby (is the belief at least - with any strong event or emotion). But I've never heard of an actual, physical birthmark! It makes me curious if anyone in my life has a story like this.
