I quickly read some procurement documents yesterday, on the main page it gave an email address to send "communications about the tender" to, so I sent them an email.
I got a polite reply saying that to ask questions I needed to follow the steps in point 5 of the bid instructions, namely:
- fill in an Excel spreadsheet with all the questions
- upload the spreadsheet via a web-based form
- wait patiently for them to update a specific page on their website with the answers
I can't even.
