He is best-known for the movie Peaceful Warrior, which is based on his own life and taken from one of his books. The first edition of Way of the Peaceful Warrior, a fictionalized memoir, explored the physical and mental challenges Mr. Millman faced in his early life and the spiritual growth he experienced.
