Antisocial behaviour happens. We need to be able to address it ourselves, as a community of users in the apps, relays, and protocol. If we don’t then people will revert to centralized platforms.

I had a weirdo who was impersonating me on nostr and started sending sexualized imagery (some real images/ some synthetic) of me to any man who followed and commented. They did that for a while then they invited someone to my house while impersonating me. That was terrifying but in a way I’m grateful that it happened because I was able to see the darker side of what is possible here.

Outside of that one skitzo running multiple accounts to harass me, it’s been absolutely lovely here. The people are great and I’ve met a ton in person now. 💜 note1wkw…6kmh
